Overview
This 3.5 hours training course, delivered by QQI Level 6 instructors, is aimed at persons who require a basic understanding of emergency first aid application.
Course Aim:
To enable the delegates to become competent and confident in Emergency Response, and have basic skills in treatment of minor injuries and illnesses.

At the end of this course the participants will be in a position to;
- Activate the Emergency Services
- Assess the Scene & Your Patient
- Treat Minor Injuries and Illnesses

Who Should Attend?
Persons who wish to be in a position to assist minor ailments and illnesses or to act as support to qualified First Aiders.
Assessment & Certification
Practical Skills will be assessed as part of the course. An Emergency First Aid Certificate will be issued by Demack which is valid for 2 years.
